Where are you based?
Our stall sets up each week right in the centre of the University of Auckland City Campus, opposite the library - in front of the site formerly occupied by the Maidment theatre.
How do pick-ups work?
Pick-ups are easy! We're on campus every Thursday of term-time, from 12:30am through to 3:30pm. All you need to do is turn up with your confirmation email, and then you can pick up your box and walk away - simple as that.
What happens if I miss a pick up?
We make efforts to contact customers who haven't picked up their boxes before the last thirty minutes of pick-ups.
If you're unable to (or forget!) pick up your box on the day, we are able to store it for you for an extra twenty four hours - after that, the boxes unfortunately have to be thrown out to prevent spoilage.
We are unfortunately unable to provide any refunds or shop credit for abandoned orders.
When do orders close?
